Abstract: A 24-year-old male presented with erythema, papules and pruritus on the whole body for more than 1 year, who was misdiagnosed as universal eczema and was treated with anti-allergy treatment with no response. The microscopic examination revealed scabies mite. The diagnosis of norwegian scabies was made and the patient was cured finally.
