Abstract: Muir-Torre syndrome is inherited in an autosomal dominant pattern and generally accepted as a variant of Hereditary Nonpolyposis Colorectal Cancer (HNPCC). And it is typically characterized by at least one visceral malignancy and one cutaneous neoplasm of sebaceous differentiation, with or without keratoacanthomas. We report a patient with multiple sebaceous carcinoma who had a history of lung adenocarcinoma. The diagnosis was confirmed by skin biopsy and previous medical history.
