Periodic fever, aphthous stomatitis, pharyngitis and adenitis manifested by erythema of both upper eyelid:a case report

Abstract: Periodic fever, aphthous stomatitis, pharyngitis and adenitis (PFAPA) can result in a rash, but detailed descriptions of the rash characteristics are lacking. The present study presents a case of PFAPA with erythema of double upper blepharoedema as the predominant clinical features, while also providing a comprehensive review of relevant literature to enhance comprehension of this disease.
