Abstract: A 26-year-old female patient was admitted to the hospital with the initial symptom of erythema multiforme, presenting as generalized edema erythema with some iridoid changes. Antinuclear antibody (ANA) was positive in the patient with a titer of 1∶320, anti-Ro antibody and anti-La antibody were positive. Combined with pathological examination, the diagnosis of Rowell syndrome was made. For young females diagnosed with erythema multiforme, it is necessary to pay more attention to the combination of SLE, so as to make early diagnosis and treatment, and reduce the occurrence of complications.
