Rowell syndrome: a case report

Abstract: We report a case of Rowell syndrome with systemic erythema, papules, and pruritus for 3 months, which worsened with pain for 7 days.The patient had a history of systemic lupus erythematosus. The diagnosis of Rowell syndrome was made according the laboratory examination and pathological features. The patient was improved after the treatment with methylprednisolone combined with human immunoglobulin.
