Tofacitinib in the treatment of systemic lupus erythematosus with alopecia as the first manifestation: a case report and literature review

Abstract: It has been reported in the literature that the joint and skin symptoms of patients with SLE can be rapidly improved by tofaciib treatmen. Only one case of SLE alopecia treated by tofaciib had been reported abroad, but not reported in China. We report a case of successful treatment of systemic lupus erythematosus with alopecia as the first manifestationa  and review the related literature in this paper.
