Apremilast in the treatment of oral lichen planus: a case report and literature review

Abstract: Traditional treatments for oral lichen planus include glucocorticoids and immunosuppressive agents, with little efficacy and adverse effects. There have been reports on the treatment of oral lichen planus with apremilast abroad, but no reports in China. Herein, we report a case of apremilast in the treatment of oral lichen planus and summarize the relevant literature.
