Abstract: The clinical data of patients with cutaneous metastases from primary internal malignancies who diagnosed in our hospital from 2010 to 2023 were analyzed retrospectively. Fourty six cases were analyzed, including 27 males and 19 females. The mean age was 65.59±10.75 years. The time-lapse between tumor diagnosis and detection of metastasis is estimated at 26.89 months, ranging from 1 to 104. The most manifestations were nodules and mass (32 cases, 69.6%). Survival after detection was low, with nearly half of the patients (41.3%) dying within six months and majority of the patients(80.43%) dying within 2 years. The medium survival time was 11 months. Age, gender, NLR, and body mass index were not significantly correlated with the survival time of patients. The prognosis of the patients was influenced by the presence of distant metastasis and whether they received antitumor therapy.
