Abstract: Pemphigoid gestationis (PG) is a rare autoimmune, subepidermal bullosa skin disease, its pathogenesis is related to genetic, environmental and immune factors. The clinical manifestations are similar to those of pregnancy polymorphous eruption. The main therapeutic drugs are glucocorticoids, immunosuppressants, immunoglobulin and so on. In recent years, many cases of successful treatment of PG with biological agents have been reported. This paper reviews the pathogenesis, clinical features and treatment of PG.
