Chromhidrosis with green sweat induced by febuxostat: a case report

Abstract: Chromhidrosis is an rare skin disease characterized by colored sweat. We report a case of chromhidrosis with green sweat in a gout patient after taking febuxostat. A 36-year-old man presented with green sweat for 1 month, but the tears and saliva color was normal. The clinical diagnosis was green hyperhidrosis. The patient took febuxostat for gout one month ago, and the symptoms disappeared 2 weeks after febuxostat was discontinued.
