Abstract: We report a case of a female patient with giant and multiple condylomata acuminata. HPV genotyping was performed on lesions from the urethral orifice, vaginal orifice, vulva, and perianal region. The results revealed distinct HPV genotype distributions across the different sites: only the vulvar lesions were characterized by a single-genotype infection, whereas lesions from all other sites exhibited multiple infections. Notably, high-risk HPV genotypes, including HPV16, 35, 53, and 68, were detected.
