Abstract: Objective: To understand the high-risk sexual behaviors among men who have sex with men (MSM) in order to provide information for intervention. Methods: Respondent-driven sampling (RDS) was used in the survey. The data were collected with a self-administered questionnaire. Results: A total of 1849 MSM were recruited. The median age of the participants was 26 years old. 98.37% of the clients were reported having anal intercourse. Out of the 1849 clients, 46.29% of MSM had more than two male sexual partners in the recent 3 months, 11.14% had female sexual partners, 57.92% used condom in the last time of anal intercourse with male partners, 35.37% used condom every time when having intercourse with their male partners in the recent 3 months. Conclusion: It is common that MSM have multiple sexual partners and less condom use, resulting in a high risk of HIV and STD infections.
