Abstract: One 69-year-old female patient presented with 6-month history of hemorrhagic bullae on feet. Another patient was a 56-year-old female and presented with 7-month history of erythema on both knees and spread all over the body for 1 month. Biopsy of lesion showed a subepidermal bulla, infiltration of neutrophils in dermis and fibrosis of vessel walls. Direct immunofluorescence (DIF) of IgG, C3, IgM and IgA was negative in epidermal cells and basement membrane. The diagnosis of erythema elevatum diutinum was made. The treatment with prednisone was effective.
