Langerhans cell histiocytosis: a case report

Abstract: A 32-year-old female presented with 18-years history of ulcer over the whole body with polydipsia, polyuria and amenorrhea. Physical examination showed several ulcers on her labium majus (more ulcers on the left side). Histopathological examination showed mononuclear cells infiltration in the dermis. Immunohistochemistry showed positivity of S100 and CD1α. The diagnosis of Langerhans cell histiocytosis was made according to the clinical and histopathological features.
