Update of the mechanism of dendritic cells regulated by SOCS in inflammatory diseases

Abstract: Cytokine signaling suppressive gene plays an important role in the development of inflammatory diseases, through regulating the balance of the immune response, and differentiation and maturation of the dendritic cells. This article reviews the recent researches on the mechanism of dendritic cells regulated by SOCS in psoriasis, rheumatoid arthritis, systemic lupus erythematosus and fungal infection.
