Abstract: Acquired reactive perforating collagenosis (ARPC) is usually associated with a variety of systemic diseases. We report two cases with ARPC undergoing hemodialysis. For patient 1, facial papules began to appear after hemodialysis and gradually spread throughout the body, with obvious pruritus; for patient 2, systemic papules and pruritus occurred 13 years after dialysis. Both patients were diagnosed with ARPC through laboratory tests and skin histopathological examinations. In terms of treatment, patient 1 was initially given antihistamine treatment, but the effect was not good. Later, dupilumab treatment was changed, and the rash subsided; patient 2 was given oral loratadine and topical glucocorticoid ointment treatment, and the rash subsided.
