Abstract: Granuloma annulare (GA) is a benign self limiting non infectious granulomatous disease. TNF-α inhibitor and otezla can cure or induce GA, wihich can coexit with many diseases such as diebetes and hyperlipemia. There is controversy over the relationship between malignancy and thyroid diseases. In recent years, JAK inhibitors and dupilumab have achieved good curative effects. This paper comprehensively summarized the inducement, comorbidity, pathogenesis and treatment of GA, so as to make a reference for the research of GA in the future.
