Hypochromic seborrheic keratosis with unique dermoscopic features: a case report

Abstract: A 57-year-old female presented with white papule on the trunk for 3 years. The dermoscopic features of the lesion was unique which was different from the typical seborrheic keratosis in the polarized light infiltration mode. Due to the hypopigmentation, the fissures and ridge of the skin was shown as light white linear stripes and coral-like structure under the light brown background.
