Update of JAK inhibitors in the therapy of psoriasis

Abstract: The JAK/STAT pathway is one of the common signaling pathways which plays an important regulatory role in the pathogenesis of psoriasis, so inhibiting the JAK/STAT pathway becomes an effective method for the treatment of psoriasis. In this paper, the update of the clinical efficacy and safety of JAK inhibitors in the treatment of psoriasis is reviewed.
