Glucagonoma with necrolytic migratory erythema as the first manifestation: a case report

Abstract: Glucagonoma is rare, and 90% of the first symptom is necrolytic migratory erythema. We report a case of glucagonoma with necrolytic migratory erythema as the first manifestation. The patient was treated with octreotide and interventional hepatic surgery in the oncology department, then the rash subsided.
