Successful treatment of erythema nodosum with tofacitinib: a case report

Abstract: We report a case of erythema nodosum that responded poorly to glucocorticoids. After treatment with the JAK inhibitor tofacitinib, the skin lesions showed significant improvement and resolved within 8 weeks. This suggests that JAK inhibitors may represent a novel therapeutic option for erythema nodosum.
