Abstract: We report a case of successful treatment with deucravacitinib in a patient with erythrodermic psoriasis. The patient was a 75-year-old male. He had experienced recurrent erythema, plaques, and desquamation on the trunk and extremities for 8 years, with generalized involvement for 5 years. The condition relapsed 2 months ago. He had been treated with oral cyclosporine intermittently, but the effect was unsatisfactory. He was given 6 mg of deucravacitinib orally once daily. Four weeks later, he returned for a follow-up visit, and the diffuse dark erythema and desquamation over the entire body had subsided. He is still under follow-up.
