Abstract: We report a case of a 22-year-old male presenting with a 4-year history of recurrent nodules, abscesses, and foul-smelling purulent discharge in the axillae, graded as Hurley stage Ⅱ. Previous treatment with multiple antibiotics and isotretinoin yielded no response. The patient underwent surgical wide excision of the lesions, followed by sequential adjuvant treatment with secukinumab (300 mg per dose, subcutaneous injection). No lesion recurrence was observed during the 6-month follow-up, with favourable healing.
