Abstract: This paper reports one case of successful treatment of acrodermatitis continua of hallopeau with secukinumab. The patient was an 18-year-old female with erythema and pustules on the fingers of the left hand for more than 2 years. Previous oral treatment with acitretin, total glucosides of paeony, and apremilast yielded poor efficacy. The patient received secukinumab therapy (300 mg per dose at weeks 0, 1, 2, 3 and 4, followed by subcutaneous injection of 300 mg every 4 weeks). At week 3 of treatment, the erythema almost completely resolved. At the 10th month of treatment, the index fingernail returned to normal completely, the thumb nail was nearly normal, and no abnormalities were observed in the periungual and subungual skin.
