摘要： 目的：分析陕西省2012-2017年新发麻风患者畸残情况。方法：采集中国麻风防治管理信息系统（LEPMIS）中陕西省新发患者数据，运用WPS office 2007软件建立数据库进行分析。结果：陕西省70例新发麻风患者1级畸残占42.86%、2级畸残占40.00%；周围神经累计损害351条，其中胫神经损害26.00%、尺神经损害25.00%、腓总神经损害19.00%、正中神经损害12.00%、耳大神经损害12.00%、面神经损害4.00%、桡神经损害2.00%、三叉神经损害0.00%；累及手足眼的2级畸残分别有17处、13处、11处。结论：麻风病所致周围神经损害严重的依次是胫神经、尺神经、腓总神经。

Abstract: Objective: To analyze the status of leprosy disabilities in Shaanxi Province from 2012 to 2017. Methods: Dataset of new-onset leprosy patients in Shaanxi Province were collected from leprosy management information system in China (LEPMIS) and analyzed by WPS Office 2007 software. Results: Among the 70 new leprosy patients in Shaanxi Province, the patients with grade 1 disability account for 42.86%, and those with grade 2 disability account for 40.00%. A total of 351 peripheral nerves are damaged, of which 26% are phrenic nerves, 25% are ulnar nerves, 19.00% are common peroneal nerves, 12.00% are median nerve deamage, 12.00% are auricular nerves, 4.00% are facial nerves, and 2.00% are spinal nerve deamage. The grade 2 disability in 17 cases, 13 cases, and 11 cases associated to hand, foot and the eye respectively. Conclusion: The peripheral nerves with severe damage caused by leprosy are tibial nerve, ulnar nerve and common peroneal nerves in turn.
