88例淋病患者耐药性分析

Drug resistance test in 88 patients with gonorrhea

摘要: 目的:检测淋病患者的耐药性。方法:收集2016年9月至2018年12月我院性病门诊淋病患者,利用E-test法测定青霉素、四环素、环丙沙星、大观霉素、头孢曲松、头孢克肟和阿奇霉素七种抗生素的最小抑菌浓度(MIC)。结果:共收集淋病患者88例,男77例,女11例。环丙沙星耐药86例(97.73%),青霉素耐药63例(71.59%),四环素耐药54例(61.36%),阿奇霉素耐药17例(19.32%),头孢克肟耐药1例(1.14%),大观霉素和头孢曲松无耐药。结论:头孢曲松、头孢克肟和大观霉素仍为治疗淋病的首选药物。

Abstract: Objective: To detect drug resistance of patients with gonorrhea. Methods: The patients with gonorrhoea were collected from September 2016 to December 2018. The minimum inhibitory concentrations (MICs) were determined by E-test for penicillin, tetracycline, ciprofloxacin, meleumycin, ceftriaxone, cefixime and azithromycin. Results: Eighty eight patients were collected, including 77 males and 11 females. The drug sensitivities were 97.73% (86 cases) for ciprofloxacin, 71.59% (63) for penicillin, 61.36% (54) for tetracycline resistance, 19.32% (17) for azithromycin, 1.14% (1) for cefixime, respectively, (and no patient resistance to meleumycin and ceftriaxone. Conclusion: Meleumycin, cepixime and ceftriaxone are still the first choice in the treatment of gonorrhea.
