摘要： 随着重症药疹发病率的增加及对药疹发病机制的进一步了解，除了传统的治疗手段，一些生物制剂如肿瘤坏死因子α拮抗剂也被用于药疹的治疗。本文对目前国内外肿瘤坏死因子α拮抗剂在药疹治疗中的应用现状进行综述。

Abstract: With the increase of the incidence of severe drug eruption and the further understanding of the pathogenesis, some biological agents such as tumor necrosis factor α antagonists are used in the treatment of drug eruptions. The clinical application of tumor necrosis factor α antagonist in drug eruption is reviewed in this paper.
