臀部汗孔角化症一例

摘要： 患者，男，55岁。双侧臀部可见弥漫分布的褐红色丘疹。组织病理示：圆锥形板层出现柱状角化不全特征性改变，表皮呈轻度乳头瘤样增生。诊断：汗孔角化症。给予阿维A胶囊口服，卤米松乳膏及维A酸乳膏外用。治疗8周后皮损好转。

Abstract: A 55-year-old male presented with dark red papule on the hips. Biopsy showed  columnar keratinization in the conical lamellar layer and mild papillomatous hyperplasia in the epidermis. The diagnosis of porokeratosis was made. The patient was treated with acitretin capsules, topical compound halometasone and tretinoin. The lesions improved after treated for 8 weeks.
