摘要： 患者,女，52岁。躯干大量丘疹2年余，无明显自觉症状。组织病理示：表皮改变不明显，真皮中上层可见变性的胶原周围较多组织细胞、少数多核巨细胞围绕形成栅栏状肉芽肿，阿新蓝染色显示病灶中央黏蛋白沉积。

关键词: 环状肉芽肿, 丘疹型, 播散性

Abstract: A 52-year-old female presented with numerous papules on the trunk for more than 2 years with no symptoms. Histopathology showed that the epidermis was normal, and the palisade granuloma was composed of a large number of tissue cells and a few multinucleated giant cells around the denatured collagen in the upper and middle dermis. The Alcian blue staining showed the mucin deposition in the center of the lesion.
