成人面部丛状血管瘤一例

摘要： 患者，女，54岁。右下颌角多发暗红色斑疹伴刺痛1年。组织病理：真皮层散在分布成簇状毛细血管小叶，边界清楚，其内梭形细胞紧密排列，内皮细胞无异型性。免疫组化：瘤细胞CD31(+)，CD34(+)，D2-40和SMA灶状阳性。诊断：丛状血管瘤。患者拒绝治疗，目前随访中。

Abstract: A 54-year-old female presented with multiple erythema on the right angle of mandible with tingling for one year. Histopathological examination showed the clusters of capillary lobules with clear boundary scattered in the dermis, and the fusiform cells in the capillary were closely arranged and the endothelial cells had no atypia. Immunohistochemical staining indicated that the tumor cells showed CD31(+), CD34(+), D2-40 and SMA were focally positive. The diagnosis of tufted angioma was made. The patient refused further treatments and is under follow-up.
