摘要： 关节病型银屑病引起患者骨量减少已得到广泛共识，但目前关于斑块型银屑病与骨质疏松之间的关系仍尚未完全明确。最近的一些研究表明，斑块型银屑病患者发生骨质疏松甚至病理性骨折的风险有所增加。本文回顾了斑块型银屑病和骨质疏松之间的相关性及可能的机制，包括炎症因子的参与、微量元素的变化、药物的使用及生活习惯的改变等，为斑块型银屑病患者骨质疏松和病理性骨折的防治提供理论依据。

Abstract: It has been widely accepted that psoriatic arthritis causes bone loss all over the world, but the relationship between plaque psoriasis and osteoporosis is still controversial. Some recent studies have suggested that patients with plaque psoriasis are at increased risk for osteoporosis and even pathological fractures. In this article, we review the possible mechanisms associated with plaque psoriasis and osteoporosis, including the involvement of inflammatory factors, changes in trace elements, drug use and lifestyle changes, which provide theoretical basis for the prevention and treatment of osteoporosis and pathological fractures in patients with plaque psoriasis.
