摘要： 白芍总苷(total glucosides of paeonia，TGP)具有抗炎、免疫调节、保肝镇痛等多种药理作用，临床上常用于某些自身免疫性疾病的辅助或联合治疗。随着对TGP作用机制研究的深入，其发挥抗炎与免疫调节的分子靶点被不断揭示，该药在免疫相关性皮肤病的应用逐渐增多，不仅能增效减毒，还可降低疾病复发率。本文就白芍总苷在治疗免疫相关性皮肤病中的研究进展进行综述。

Abstract: Pharmacological studies have shown that total glucosides of paeony (TGP) has not only the effects of anti-inflammatory and immune regulation, but also has the functions of hepatic protection, analgesia and so on. TGP is commonly used to treat some of the autoimmune diseases in clinic. As the mechanism of TGP is gradually uncovered in anti-inflammatory and immune regulatory effects, it has been increasingly applied to therapy of various immune-associated dermatoses. The update of total glucosides of paeony in treatment of the immune-associated dermatoses is reviewed in this paper.
