摘要: 低温等离子体(CAP)具有安全性高、离子活性强等优点,皮肤病领域主要应用于慢性难愈合伤口、银屑病及皮肤肿瘤。角质形成细胞作为皮肤主要组成部分,在皮肤病发生发展的过程中发挥重要作用。近年研究发现,CAP可影响角质形成细胞周期以及促细胞凋亡、迁移及炎症反应。本文综述了CAP对角质形成细胞及治疗相关皮肤病的作用机制及安全性,旨在拓展CAP在皮肤病中的临床应用价值。

Abstract: Cold atmospheric plasma (CAP) is safe and has strong ion activity. CAP has been successfully used in treating several diseases such as chronic wounds, skin cancers and psoriasis. Keratinocytes are main constituents of skin tissue, and play an important role in the development of cutaneous diseases. CAP affects the proliferation, migration and inflammation of the keratinocytes. The mechanism of CAP affecting keratinocytes and safety in the treatment of skin disorders are reviewed in order to provide information for further clinical application of CAP.
