摘要： 患者，男，36岁。会阴部脓疱伴疼痛1周。3周前有男男性接触史。性伴有口腔、口周脓疱。皮肤科查体：会阴部见数个溃疡面，覆痂皮。实验室检查：MPXV-qPCR（+）。诊断为猴痘。

Abstract: A 36-year-old male presented with pustules on the perineum with pain for 1 week. The patient had a history of homosexual activity 3 weeks earlier. The sexual partner had oral and perioral pustules. Dermatological examination revealed several ulcerated surfaces covered with crusts on the perineum. Laboratory examination showed monkeypox virus nucleic acid test was positive. The diagnosis of monkeypox was made.
