摘要： 猴痘自2022年5月起出现全球范围的大流行，这种既往主要在非洲地区流行的人畜共患病表现出了不同于以往的流行病学与临床特征，其不典型性对临床医生的诊断和治疗提出了新的挑战。本文主要就当前猴痘疫情中出现的新的临床特点作一综述，以提高临床医师的早期识别能力，积极应对我国接下来可能会出现的猴痘疫情流行。

Abstract: Monkeypox has been a global pandemic since May 2022, deviating from its historical prevalence primarily within Africa. This zoonotic disease has presented with atypical epidemiological and clinical characteristics, posing new challenges to the diagnostic and therapeutic practices of medical practitioners. This paper reviewed the novel clinical features of current monkeypox outbreak, aiming to enhance the early detection ability of clinical physicians and effectively prepare for the potential outbreak of monkeypox in China.
