摘要： 梅尔克松-罗森塔尔综合征（Melkersson-Rosenthal syndrome，MRS）是一种罕见的累及神经、皮肤、黏膜的综合征，以复发性口面部肿胀、复发性周围性面瘫和裂纹舌三联征为特征。典型的完整三联征仅出现在8%~25%的病例中，多数为不完全型，易误诊。本文报道3例临床表现典型的MRS。

Abstract: Melkersson-Rosenthal syndrome (MRS) is a rare syndrome involving nerve, skin, and mucosal, which characterized by a triad of recurrent oral facial swelling, recurrent peripheral facial paralysis, and cracked tongue. The classical manifestation is only found in 8%~25% of patients, so MRS is always misdiagnosed. Herein, we report three cases of classical MRS cases.
