雷替曲塞致中毒性表皮坏死松解症一例

摘要： 49岁女性直肠恶性肿瘤患者，腹腔灌注雷替曲塞后出现红斑、水疱、表皮大面积剥脱，面积达90%以上，诊断为中毒性表皮坏死松解症。给予糖皮质激素、抗组胺药、头孢美唑钠、泮托拉唑等治疗1个月后，患者好转出院，1个月后随访，患者痊愈。

Abstract: A 49-year-old female patient with a rectal malignant tumor presented with erythema, blisters, and extensive exfoliation of the epidermis after an intra-abdominal infusion of raltitrexed. The dignosis of toxic epidermal necrolysis was made. After 1 month of treatment with glucocorticoids, antihistamines, cefmetazole sodium, pantoprazole, etc., the patient improved and was discharged from the hospital. The patient recovered after 1 month follow-up.
