摘要： 本文报道一例中毒性休克综合征（TSS），临床表现为广泛红斑基础上出现表皮糜烂表现，与Stevens-Johnson综合征（SJS）和中毒性表皮坏死松解症（TEN）皮损表现相似。该病例提示TSS皮损可模拟SJS/TEN表现，皮肤科医师应增强SJS/TEN与多种疾病的鉴别意识。

Abstract: We report a case of Toxic shock syndrome (TSS) with extensive erythema and epidermal erosion, which is similar to Stevens-Johnson syndrome (SJS) and Toxic epidermal necrolysis (TEN). This case suggests that TSS lesions can mimic the manifestations of SJS/TEN, and dermatologists should enhance their awareness of the differential diagnosis between SJS/TEN and a variety of diseases.
