尖锐湿疣初发患者皮损中Livin和Caspase-3的表达

Expression of Livin and Caspase-3 in the lesions of incipient condyloma acuminatum

摘要： 目的：检测尖锐湿疣（CA）初发患者皮损及正常包皮组织中Livin和Caspase-3的表达。方法：采用免疫组化法检测Livin和Caspase-3在30例CA初发患者皮损和20例正常包皮组织中的表达。结果：Livin和Caspase-3在CA组织的阳性表达率分别为76.67%和43.33%，在正常包皮组织表达率分别为25.00% 和70.00%。Livin 与 Caspase-3在CA组织中的表达强度之间无相关性（r=0.238，P＞0.05）。结论：在CA初发患者皮损中存在Livin高表达和Caspase-3低表达，二者可能共同参与了CA的发生与发展。

Abstract: Objective: To determine  the expression of Livin and Caspase-3 in the lesions of incipient condyloma acuminatum. Methods: The expression of Livin and Caspase-3 in the lesions of incipient condyloma acuminatum and normal prepuce tissues was detected by Streptavidin-peroxidase. Results: The positivity rates of Livin and Caspase-3 in the incipient condyloma acuminatum and normal prepuce were 76.67% and 43.33%,  25.00% and 70.00%. There was no correlation between the expression intensity of Livin and Caspase-3 in the incipient condyloma acuminatum group (r=0.238,P>0.05).Conclusion: There is high expression of Livin and low expression of Caspase-3 in the lesions of incipient condyloma acuminatum. Both may be involved in the development of condyloma acuminatum.
