浅层X线联合维A酸类药物治疗顽固性跖疣一例并文献复习

摘要： 跖疣是发生于足底的寻常疣，治疗方法包括破坏性疗法、抗增生疗法、免疫疗法等。我们报道一例弥漫性、顽固性跖疣患者，曾应用冷冻治疗、激光治疗、药物治疗等均无效，经浅层X线一次联合维A酸类药物治疗，2个月后皮疹基本痊愈。

Abstract: Plantar warts are common warts that occur on the soles of the feet, and treatments include destructive therapy, antiproliferative therapy, and immunotherapy. We report a case of plantar warts whose lesions were diffuse and refractory, and she was treated with cryotherapy, laser therapy, and medication, with ineffective. After one-time treatment with superficial X-ray combined with retinoic acid drugs for 2 months, the rash was basically cured.
