32例皮肤黑色素瘤临床特点分析

摘要： 回顾性分析2017年1月至2024年5月我院皮肤科32例皮肤黑色素瘤患者的临床资料。结果示男性发病率为女性的1.46倍；平均发病年龄(69.13±15.95)岁，中位发病年龄为66岁；所有患者均行前哨淋巴结活检，4例淋巴结转移均发生于瘤体>3 cm的患者；SOX10、S-100蛋白、Melan A、HMB45表达阳性率均大于90%；Ki67、Cyclin D1阳性率分别为87.50%、78.13%；Ki67表达水平＞5%占比87.50%。

Abstract: The data of 32 patients with cutaneous melanoma in the dermatology department of our hospital from January 2017 to May 2024 were retrospectively analyzed. The incidence of male was 1.46 times than that of female. The average age of onset was (69.13±15.95) years old, and the median age of onset was 66 years old. All patients underwent sentinel lymph node biopsy, and 4 cases of lymph node metastasis occurred in patients with tumor > 3 cm. The positive expression rates of SOX10, S-100 protein, Melan A and HMB45 were more than 90%. The positive rates of Ki67 and Cyclin D1 were 87.50% and 78.13%, respectively. Ki67 expression level>5 % accounted for 87.50%.
