摘要： 环钻术在瘢痕治疗中应用已久，主要分为环钻切除术、环钻提升术和环钻移植术。针对不同类型的瘢痕，选择合适的术式，术后联合激光治疗、放射治疗、糖皮质激素局部注射等方案往往较单一疗法效果更好，但目前环钻术治疗瘢痕缺乏标准的治疗方案。本文就环钻术在不同类型瘢痕中的应用进行综述，以期为临床提供参考。

Abstract: Trepanation has been used in scar treatment for a long time, mainly including trepanectomy, trepanation lifting and trepanation transplantation. For different types of scars, appropriate operation methods should be selected. Postoperative combined treatment with laser therapy, radiotherapy, local injection of glucocorticoid and other options is often better than single therapy, but currently there is no standard treatment plan for trepanation for scar treatment. This paper reviews the application of trepanation in different types of scar, in order to provide reference for clinical practice.
