摘要: 骨膜蛋白是一种细胞外基质蛋白,可通过各种整合素与细胞相互作用,参与多种促纤维化过程,在增殖和重塑阶段伤口愈合过程及瘢痕异常增生中起重要推动作用。本文就骨膜蛋白基本特征和功能以及与瘢痕疙瘩形成的关系进行综述。

Abstract: Periostin is an extracellular matrix protein that interacts with cells through various integrins and participates in a variety of pro-fibrotic processes, playing an important role in the normal wound healing process and abnormal scar hyperplasia at the stage of proliferation and remodeling. This paper reviews the basic features and functions of periostin and its relationship with keloid formation.
