摘要: 痤疮瘢痕是痤疮常见后遗损害,可导致容貌受损及心理负担加重,严重影响患者生活质量。其治疗较为棘手,传统方法仍存在创伤较大、深部作用不足及疗效稳定性有限等问题。近年来,生物疗法在调控炎症反应、抑制纤维化、促进胶原重塑及改善局部微环境方面显示出一定优势,而微针、纳米递送系统、水凝胶等新型药物递送技术可进一步提高生物活性成分的稳定性、穿透性及局部滞留能力,从而增强治疗效果。基于此,本文就新型药物递送系统联合生物疗法治疗痤疮瘢痕的研究进展作一综述,旨在为痤疮瘢痕的治疗提供参考。

Abstract: Acne scarring is a common sequela of acne that causes facial disfigurement and psychological distress, severely impairing patients' quality of life. Treatment remains difficult, as conventional approaches are limited by trauma, insufficient deep tissue action, and unstable efficacy. Biologic therapies show clear benefits in regulating inflammation, inhibiting fibrosis, and promoting collagen remodeling. Novel delivery systems—including microneedles, nano-delivery systems, and hydrogels—can improve the stability, skin penetration, and local retention of bioactive agents to enhance therapeutic efficacy. This paper reviews the research progress of novel drug delivery systems combined with biologic therapies for acne scarring, to provide a reference for clinical practice.
