51例新疆寻常型银屑病患者皮损中FOXP1和hMSH2的表达

Expression of FOXP1 and hMSH2 in patients with psoriasis vulgaris in Xinjiang region

摘要： 目的：检测新疆寻常型银屑病（PV）患者皮损中FOXP1和hMSH2 的表达。方法：Envision 免疫组化法分别检测51例新疆PV患者皮损及29例正常人皮肤组织中FOXP1和hMSH2的表达。结果：FOXP1和hMSH2 在PV皮损中的阳性表达率（92.16%；94.12%）均高于正常人皮肤组织（65.52%；55.17%），差异有明显统计学意义(P <0.01) 。结论：FOXP1和hMSH2可能与寻常型银屑病的发病有关。

Abstract: Objective: To detect the expression level of FOXP1 and hMSH2 in the lesions of patients with psoriasis vulgaris in Xinjiang region. Methods: The level of FOXP1 and hMSH2 was detected by envision immunohistochemistry method in the lesions of 51 patients with psoriasis vulgaris and normal skin of 29 healthy controls. Results: The level of FOXP1 and hMSH2 in lesions was 92.16% and 94.12% which was higher than those in the normal skin (65.52% and 55.17%), with significant differences (P<0.01). Conclusion: FOXP1 and hMSH2 may be associated with the onset of psoriasis vulgaris.
