摘要： MicroRNA（miRNA）在银屑病的发病过程中发挥重要作用，但其调节角质形成细胞增殖的机制尚未明了。本文对miRNA种类及在银屑病中的自调控方式进行了综述。

Abstract: MicroRNA?(miRNA)?plays?a?vital?role?in?the?pathogenesis?of?psoriasis,?but?the mechanism through which miRNA?regulate?the proliferation?of?keratinocytes is not fully clarified. The species of miRNA and their roles in the regulation of proliferation of keratinocytes in psoriasis were reviewed.
