影响寻常型银屑病患者愈后缓解期长短因素

摘要： 目的:分析影响寻常型银屑病治愈后缓解期的相关因素。方法:选取我院住院采取统一治疗方案治愈的寻常型银屑病患者126例，记录入院时病情相关信息对出院后的复发情况进行随访，时间为1年。结果:共111例患者完成观察，其中患者发病次数、病情严重程度、精神因素、治疗期间有无新发皮疹、既往治疗等因素与愈后缓解期有显著相关性。结论:影响银屑病预后的原因复杂，对于有易复发因素的患者治疗中可以采取相应对策，减少复发。

Abstract: Objective：To investigate the relationship between remission of psoriasis and sex, age, relapse times, family history, disease severity, food, smoking ,drinking ,emotional factors, et al. Method：One hundred and twenty six inpatients were enrolled in our study, all message we needed was registered before treatment, keep contact with patients to get the remission after they leave hospital. Result：Relapse times, disease severity, emotional factors, the treatments that have been received significantly infect the psoriasis remission. Conclusion：The factors that influence remission of psoriasis were complex, patients who were easy to relapse should be taken effective measures in the treatment.
