摘要： 目的：分析银屑病患者血脂代谢障碍的特点。方法：检测129例银屑病患者及155名健康对照者的总胆固醇（CHO）、甘油三酯（TG）、高密度脂蛋白（HDL）、低密度脂蛋白（LDL）及身高体重指数（BMI）。结果：银屑病患者的CHO、HDL、LDL显著低于对照组，BMI显著高于对照组，TG在两组无统计学差异。结论：银屑病患者存在脂质代谢异常。

Abstract: Objective: To analyze the feature of lipid metabolism in the patients with psoriasis. Methods: The serum levels of CHO, TG, HDL, LDL were detected in 129 patients and 155 healthy controls. Results: The levels of CHO, HDL, LDL and BMI in patients were significantly lower than those in control group and BMI in the patients ass significantly higher than that in control group. There was no significant difference in the serum TG level between the two groups. Conclusion: There is a dysfunction of lipid metabolism in the psoriatic patients.
