摘要: ERAP1基因定位于5号染色体长臂(5q15),是主要编码氨基肽酶M1家族中的一个多功能酶,在血压调节、血管发生、细胞因子受体的胞外区脱落以及对抗原肽的加工中发挥作用。有研究报道ERAP1基因多态性与银屑病发病有关,本文就ERAP1结构和功能及其与银屑病的相关性进行综述。

Abstract: Endoplasmic reticulum aminopeptidase1 (ERAP1) is a gene located in the region of 5q15 with immunologic function. The gene primarily encodes a multifunctional enzyme belonging to the M1 family of aminopeptidases, which plays an important role in the regulation of blood pressure, angiogenesis, shedding of several cytokine receptors in ectodomain and processing of antigenic peptides. ERAP1gene polymorphism is associated with the pathogenesis of psoriasis. The structure and function of ERAP1 and the relation between ERAP1 and psoriasis are reviewed in this paper.
