摘要： 毛发红糠疹是一种少见的红斑鳞屑性皮肤病，其发病可能与遗传、生化代谢和内分泌异常、免疫反应、恶性肿瘤、药物和感染有关。治疗包括口服维A酸、外用糖皮质激素和保湿剂，TNF-α 拮抗剂等，本文就其病因、发病机制、治疗等方面进行综述。

Abstract: Pityriasis rubra pilaris is a rare erythematous squamous disorder. Genetics, abnormality of biochemical metabolism and endocrine, immune reaction, malignancy, drug and infection may be involved in the pathogenesis of the disease. The treatment included oral retinoids, topical corticosteroids and emollients，and TNF-α antagonists. The etiology, mechanism and treatment were reviewed in this paper.
